Singapore Pools Will Be Closing for Half a Day for Its Community Event on Tuesday

On Tuesday, all Singapore Pools branches will be closed for half a day in the morning and early afternoon for the 2023 edition of Singapore Pools Community Day. Operations will resume at 3 pm.

For those who want to place bets during this time, take heart in the fact that authorised retail outlets, Livewire venues, and online account services will continue to run during this time.

For easy reference, punters and risk-lovers can visit the nearest outlets, as indicated in the table below, to work around the temporary closure of the Singapore Pools’ outlets.

While the outlets are closed, the employees who are part of the Singapore Pools Community Day 2023 event will be assisting almost 300 beneficiaries from social service agencies. Over 340 company volunteers have signed up for the event. The venue is set to be Gardens by the Bay.

This event coincides with the Singapore Pools’ 55^th anniversary.

The beneficiaries of this round’s CSR initiative include Society for the Aged Sick, National Kidney Foundation, Thye Hua Kwan Moral Charities, and Loving Heart.

This event aligns with the Digital for Life movement in Singapore and aims to encourage its participants to be excited about the various possibilities that technology brings us.

The Minister for Communications and Information, Ms Josephine Teo, is also likely to attend this event to show her support.
