India Police Punish Lockdown Violators By Putting Them in an Ambulance With COVID-19 Patients Then Revealing It’s a Prank

It’s not just businesses who are showing their creative sides in dealing with Covid-19.

Some governments from other countries are doing the same thing.

Like Indonesia, who decided to put ghosts outside people’s homes to keep them inside and forcing two people who refused to self-isolate to quarantine themselves…in a haunted house.

Well, India has officially joined the ranks of trollers.

Yes, you read that right.

These police officers in a state in India decides to use a more savage way to punish people who insist on going out despite the lockdown.

By giving them the scare of their lives.

What Happened

Three young men without masks were stopped by the police at a roadblock.

There was an innocent-looking ambulance parked at the roadside.

When asked about why they weren’t wearing masks, they simply said they do not have masks.

The men were brought to the back of the ambulance and tried to escape when they noticed the Covid-19 patient but were stopped by the police.

Cue comedic struggles, complete with fast-forwarded footage and an apt soundtrack.

Not A Real Patient

It was later revealed that the “Covid-19” patient wasn’t a real one, but an actor engaged to teach foolhardy people like these a lesson.

The female officer urges all people to have a mask on when they go out and reiterates that all precautions were taken in the making of the video.

You can watch the video below:

The video has been watched by millions worldwide after being shared on Facebook by multiple Facebook pages.

Remember, always have a mask on when you’re out. Not that you’re supposed to be outside in the first place.

In Singapore, before laws are kicked into place, people are given warnings to tell them about the upcoming regulations to be enforced.

But in this village in Bali, people who are found breaking the “wear mask” rules will have to do pushups in public.

Yes, even at the roadside.
