The new normal appears to be three-digit community cases.
As of 12pm today (21 Jul), the Ministry of Health (MOH) has preliminarily confirmed 181 new cases of COVID-19 infection.
179 of them are community cases.

Based on yesterday’s numbers, the number of new cases in the community has increased from 37 cases in the week before to 643 cases in the past week. We are likely to see rising cases in the coming days as we step up efforts to detect them to contain their spread in the community. The number of unlinked cases in the community has also increased from 10 cases in the week before to 68 cases in the past week.
The 7-day moving average number of all linked community cases and all unlinked community cases are 82.1 and 9.7 respectively.

Those who visited the centre between 3 July and 17 July can book an appointment for a free test here.
In addition, 14 cases were linked to the KTV cluster, which now has 207 infections.
Another KTV lounge – Club MX at 401 MacPherson Road – is likely to have ongoing COVID-19 transmission, MOH said.
