Some people tend to be sick only during the Chinese New Year period, but for some reason, they don’t need to visit the doctor.
For these people, they’re just 避ing年, so this article isn’t relevant to them. Let’s just let them be sick every Chinese New Year.

949 Clinics to Be Open During CNY Period; 15 Clinics Will Open 24 Hours
According to a statement by the Ministry of Health, 949 general practitioner (GP) clinics will be open during the Chinese New Year public holidays from 24 to 27 January 2020 at various times.
Lest you didn’t know, 24 January is Chinese New Year Eve, and 28 January is the first working day after Chinese New Year.
The ministry has compiled a list of all the clinics that would be open, though it’s recommended that you call the clinic before making your way down.

Feeling sick at 2am?
Fret not, there are 15 clinics that’ll stay open throughout this festive season, too.
Here’s the list (that is correct as of 23 January 2020):
MOH encouraged people who feel unwell during the festivities to visit their GP or a 24-hour clinic for minor, self-limiting conditions.
The hospital’s Accident & Emergency (A&E) department are only for serious or life-threatening emergencies, such as chest pain, breathlessness, and uncontrollable bleeding.
And please: don’t call an ambulance if you have a toothache, though anyone who’s had a toothache before might have this thought before.

But anyone who’s a toothache before will know that you can’t wait a few days.
