For most couples, weddings are a joyous occasion.
Hundreds or even thousands of people, some of whom you’ve never met before, turn up to eat free food, drink free alcohol, and get ignored by the happy couple for eight hours.
For one day, the bride and groom are allowed to indulge their narcissism and bask in all the attention they’re getting.
But some weddings, like Christopher Nolan movies before 2017, come with a twist at the end that shocks everyone, including the bride.
Groom Plays Cheating Bride’s Sex Tape At Wedding Dinner to Shame Her
When a pair of newlyweds took to the stage at their wedding banquet, their friends and family started cheering, congratulating them for this momentous step.
At this point, you’d expect a sappy video montage designed to extract tears from even the most stoic human to play, but guests were treated to some softcore pornography instead.
It wasn’t any old sex video, no, it was the bride’s sex tape, where she could be seen getting intimate with the groom’s brother-in-law.
As the video played, the groom shouted “Did you think I didn’t know about this?” after which the disgraced bride threw her bouquet at her furious husband.
Wedding guests could be heard gasping in shock.
The whole thing was staged by the groom, of course, who even uploaded footage of the incident to Weibo, to further humiliate her.
According to some messages allegedly written by the groom, he unintentionally caught his wife cheating on him while testing out a surveillance camera he had installed in their marital home.
The post has since been removed from the Chinese social media site.
Staged?
After the video went viral, some netizens shared details about the couple.
Some said the bride suffered domestic violence at the hands of the groom, and sought comfort in his sister’s husband. Over time, their relationship became more intimate.

Others, however, believe the whole thing was staged, pointing out that the clip that was played at the wedding had the watermark of a video platform on it, implying that the expose was nothing but a marketing gimmick.
Other netizens felt that even if the whole thing was real, the groom had violated the bride’s privacy. I have to agree here. This is basically a case of revenge porn, and just because the bride cheated doesn’t mean it’s okay.
It’s illegal in Singapore and many other countries for a reason.
According to AsiaOne, the woman’s family threatened to call the police if he didn’t remove the video from the Internet, but her reputation has already been tainted.
I understand that you’re upset with your fiance for cheating, but couldn’t you just, you know, break up with her and not waste thousands of dollars for the wedding?
If you ask me, and I know you didn’t because I’m talking to myself here, I think what the groom did is far worse than the bride’s cheating.
What do you think?
