Don’t Say Bojio: McDonald’s S’pore Now Selling Thai Milk Tea Soft Serve Ice Cream Again

Last year in March, McDonald’s released a new time-limited item that drove Singaporeans crazy.

Thai Milk Tea + Soft Serve.

And the reaction went something like this

Yup. It was popular.

If you’re one of the people who loved the soft serve so much you’d give your left nut for it, I’ve got great news for you.

It’s Back

And it’s going for one dollar per cone.

You can choose to have it a half-and-half (half Thai, half vanilla) or just have the whole thing Thai-milked-fied.

And true to McDonald’s form, you can choose not to have it in a cone.

A McFlurry works too.

Thai milk tea topped with crushed Oreos?

Again, I don’t need to mention that you should fast-hand-fast-leg because everyone knows McDonald’s stuff runs out fast.

This delicious treat is available at all dessert kiosks from 24 Oct 2019.

Just take note that the soft-serve contains milk, soybean and nuts. So if you’re allergic, give this a miss.

Flashback To The Past

If you’ve not tried this for yourself, and you’re wondering if it’s worth the queue, here’s how it tasted like when it visited last year.

People who’ve tried it mentioned that the tea fragrance from the soft-serve was distinctive. So if you’re eating it for the Cha Yen, chances are, you won’t be disappointed with this one.

And when you compare it to the recent Hong Kong Yuan Yang-inspired soft-serve the golden arch released earlier this year, the Thai Milk Tea soft-serve is so much better.

Word on the streets is the Thai Milk Tea soft-serve has a stronger tea fragrance compared to their recent series.

One thing for sure, you’re probably going to queue for some time no matter which dessert kiosk you go to.

So why not download the Goody Feed app while waiting for your turn to buy the ice cream, right?

Jokes Aside, Another McDonald’s Item Worth A Try

McDonald’s popular fluffy, gooey scrambled eggs in a burger?!

The burgers were brought back (another return item, which means its gooood) since 25 Sep 2019 and let’s just say, having McDonald’s for breakfast every single day doesn’t sound so bad anymore (except for your wallet).

My colleague who gave the Scrambled Egg Burger with Sausage claims it’s something you should try at least once in your life.

Or you’ll regret for life.

Don’t say we bojio hor! *Only available for breakfast hours*
