KOI isn’t Just Reopening; It is Also Engaging More People with Pay Up to $3k a Month
Love bubble tea? Love it so much that you’d want to get paid for doing bubble tea as your career?
Well, you now have a chance to do so now.
According to Gov.sg, shops are now allowed to reopen regardless of what they sell. (Read: Bubble Tea)
And KOI, the sideways bean, has announced on their Facebook page that they’re coming back.
But it’s not just a simple announcement about reopening.
They’re also looking for new people to join the KOI team. Seems like they’re getting ready to deal with the anticipated demand, eh?

Hiring Announcement
There are three positions available:
- Full-Time Service Crew with pay starting from $2,000 per month
- Store Manager with pay up to $3,000 per month
- and Part-Time Service Crew with pay starting from $7 an hour.

Phase 2: 19 Jun 2020
In case you’ve missed it, Phase 2 is coming in 3 days time and bubble tea’s coming along for the ride.
Of course, they’re still expected to ensure that safe-distancing measures are in place at the shops.
So if you don’t want your favourite bubble tea shop to close down again, just like back in May, let’s not all crowd towards the shops and form long lines like what happened on the last day of BBT.
